Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do you need when ordering a custom pretzel or party bucket?

The minimum we ask is a 24 hour notice. If you’re in a jam please give us a call, we might be able to accommodate your request. (636) 922-9200

What do I do if I have a unique shape I’d like you to make?

The best way to request it is to fill out the form on the Contact Us page. Describe the shape you are needing in the comment box. Attach a picture if possible. We ask for 4 days to test making the shape. It may take a few tries to get it right. It’s also a good idea to tell us a ballpark date & time of when you need it.

How long will it take to get back to me if I request a custom pretzel using the Contact Us form?

We will get back to you within 24 hours. If it’s a shape we never made before we’ll let you know if we can do it. We love the challenge of making custom shaped pretzels but sometimes it doesn’t always work out the way you’d expect. We will make a test shape and take a picture of it. We will then email that photo to you for your approval. We want to make sure you’re happy and we meet and exceed your expectations.

When do I pay for my custom shape?

Our policy is to ask for payment at the time the order is placed. This policy is for all custom shapes, numbers, letters, and party platters.

What if I need to cancel my order, will I get a full refund?

How long do your pretzels stay fresh?

While we always recommend buying and eating the same day, our pretzels are easily good for up to 12 hours however we have had customers tell us that they’ve been good to eat the next day.

How should I store the pretzel if it’s going to be eaten the next day?

We recommend a cool, and if possible, a dry location. Many customers place them in the refrigerator using the pizza box we packaged it in. We highly recommend that when place your order, select the salt option "Salt on the Side (When eating the Next Day)". We will give you the salt and instructions for salting and heating your pretzel. There are no preservatives in our pretzels.

I see tiny drops of moisture on the pretzel and the salt is gone, what happened?

Pretzels do not like rain, sleet or snow. In fact moisture, high humidity, will cause the salt to dissolve and leave behind small droplets of moisture. To minimize that, you can ask for ‘the salt on the side’. We will be happy to provide the salt in a cup so you can sprinkle it on before the party.

Can I reheat your pretzels or bites in the oven?

Yes you can. The pretzel bites come in a plastic container and the pretzels are in a bag or pizza box. Remove the pretzels and bites from their original container and place on a baking sheet or something similar. Set the oven for 200 degrees. Once your oven is up to temperature, let the bites warm in there for 2 minutes. If the bites are not up to your liking I would go in increments of 2 minutes. You don’t want to overdo it!

How long should I reheat a pretzel using a microwave?

I would wrap it in a paper towel (optional) and heat it on high for 10 seconds. If it wasn’t up to the temperature you desire, I would do it in bursts of 10 seconds, again don’t overdo it. You don’t want to make a soft pretzel into a petrified pretzel.

Do dips come with your buckets and shapes?

Dips are not included with our Bite Buckets, Shapes, Letters or Numbers.

Can I store the extra pretzels in a zip lock bag?

No, avoid anything plastic. Pretzels need to breath. Plastic does what it’s supposed to do and locks in the moisture. Moisture will make the salt melt. It’s best to keep them in a brown paper bag.

Are your pretzels fried?

No! Who could do such a thing to a pretzel? Our pretzels are baked …BAKED fresh every day.

Any nuts or dairy in your pretzels?

There are no nuts, soy or dairy in the production of our pretzels. Our pretzels do contain gluten and wheat. To read more about allergy info click the link below:
